Former Mayor of Londonderry Joe Miller MBE was first elected to Council in 1989, holding his seat for the DUP in the Waterside on every occasion since. Working now full-time in the Local Assembly Office he is recognised as one of the hardest working Councillors in the Waterside and is respected across the political divide.
During his time in Council Joe has held many posts and chairs therefore increasing his knowledge and experience of Council business. Joe is a safe pair of hands and has shown he can effectively represent you, the Waterside ratepayers on 'bread and butter' issues that affect your everyday life.
